Each week tricks & spins focus on increasing fitness & strength, burning calories, toning muscles and increasing your flexibility. It will also help release stress, build confidence and make you feel good!

Tricks & spins is a 1 hour session beginning with a warm up and ending with a cool down. You will learn many tricks, spins, holds and up-side down moves including routines. Each class has a max of 8 people so that everyone is granteed a good workout.
